Conspiracy Fact … Not Theory Fake News

Fear is like a contagious disease. A main cause of fear is fake news stories. Most don’t know that fear is just perception. We choose to fear something or not. Concepts are given to us by the media through repetition over and over. It’s hyped up in a dramatic way to instill fear.

Fear based fake news articles is a money making industry and their goal isn’t to report accurate information. Fake news stories prey on the anxieties we all have. Then hold us hostage by gluing us to the television. When we read the newspaper or search the internet it increases companies ratings and market shares.
It also raises probability of depression. Relapse news programming uses hierarchy. Fear based news programming has two aims. The first is to grab the viewers attention. In the media this is called a teaser. The second aim is to persuade the viewer that the solution for reducing the identified fear will be in a news story. If a teaser asks what’s in your tap water that you need to know about? A viewer will likely tune in to get the information to ensure safety. It’s been said that fear based fake news stories has become a staple of popular culture.
The distressing fall out from this trend is that children and adults who are exposed to media are more likely than others to feel that their neighbors and communities are unsafe. They are also more likely to believe that crime is rising, overestimate their odds of becoming a victim, and consider the world to be a dangerous place. The news media needs to return to a sense of proportion, conscious and most importantly telling the truth. Until that happens help free yourself of feeling overwhelmed by doing the following. Limit your exposure to the satire news sites. Consider having an electronic free day. Try not to soak up mainstream media because it is so fear based. News programming wants to grab your attention and it’s always bad news.
Very few people own the media news outlets. And these few people control how the masses think. Now and days that’s pretty much common knowledge and common sense. If everything is fear based ,fake news articles , and programming you end up with populations living in fear.
Watching the news one would come to think that people are fundamentally bad. Stories can be taken so out of proportion when you hear the same things day in and day out in the media. This starts to program your subconscious through repetition and through motion. The stories play on your emotions and you start to change how you perceive the world now.

Coming full circle fear is just a perception and you can change your perception. You can do this if you cut out the fake news stories. If you really think about it , the news hardly has any impact on your daily life. You start to feel better. Your energy is better and your mood. You will find that you didn’t need to hear all this stuff. Its not proportional to what is actually happening now. Im not saying put your head in the sand and not to listen to things that are happening in the world. You can get information from independent sources.

There are places to get your information other than mainstream media and satire news sites. The hidden controllers and global elite manipulate our perceptions through propaganda. I think this is conspiracy fact not conspiracy theory. There is always money for war and there’s never money for the poor. Why would they want us living in fear? A population living in fear is easier to control.

Do You Need A Partner To Feel Complete?

Are you in a relationship and feel like your spouse or beloved completes you?

Do you feel when your apart from your beloved you are not whole or you can’t go on?  We shouldn’t attach ourselves to someone and lose who we are when that relationship ends. We need to be happy regardless of what our partner is giving us emotionally.

Be a whole person first and be with a person that is a compliment to you.

Being able to stand on your own and be your own best friend. Past trauma’s can cause us to need other people. Work on self healing instead of looking for other things or other people to make you feel better.Lack and uncertainty may make us  feel like we need another person to complete us. We get into a place where we use material things and/or relationships to fill a void.

If sex is the only connection you have to your partner then the relationship will be short lived.

Both people need to have things in common to relate on a intellectual level. When looks fade and sex fades soon after relationships tend to go south. But if you two are like minded and have some of the same values and came into the relationship already whole then there is a good chance this union will last a very long time if not forever. We love a person for how they make us feel but we don’t need this person. We aren’t dependent on them paying our bills and building our self esteem we don’t need to  feel sad or have nothing to do if they aren’t spending time with us.

Take Some Quality Time For You?

This is easier said than done when we have been programmed into thinking we need a person to complete us.Try  writing down things you like to do by yourself. Start keeping a journal and see how your life blossoms in the coming weeks. Hanging out with friends and family more and starting a new hobby will help . Couples need space in order for a relationship to grow and be healthy by following some if not all of the advise given, you should be well on your way to a long lasting union.

Chiraq A Lost City?

, being the name commonly used by people all around the globe for “Chicago”. America’s third largest city with gang violence at its peak. This name is given to it because of its alarming situation of murders and violence. The word itself sends shivers down your spine, doesn’t it? Think about a neighborhood with gangs roaming freely, it may cause tourism in Chicago to decline dramatically . It is not the place itself because it is a beautiful city but the increasing homicide rate can make people forget that.

So the question is “Who is responsible and what are we doing to prevent it?”

Many people have suffered and have lost loved ones to gang violence. A girl reported that she lost 24 friends to gun violence that is a startling number for homicides. People shooting like they own everything and everyone is just not right with there being no significant or solid help from city officials or government.

Gang Violence – What you need to know?
To make people aware of this rising homicide rate in Chicago, you and I have a great responsibility to the community to stand up for this disregard of human life.

This gun crisis needs to be handled with great care, it is reported that the murders have increased up to 80% in one year which is quite shocking.

People are moving from the city to get their family out of harm’s way, police and city officials need to take a real stand against this gang violence that has infested the streets. This requires thorough investigations and proper equipment to handle gang activity surveillance.

Society’s role to tackling this issue…

With rising gang violence and more murders by the minute, we as a community need to stand up for our children’s safety. Police need to take it up a notch to make sure the streets are secured and safe. However, at present the people and the police are hardly taking any significant measures. It has gotten out of control, in the past it was based in specific neighborhoods, now it’s all over the city with shootings happening in broad daylight with innocent people being hit by stray bullets.

According to the police 7% of the population is causing 80% of the violent crimes.

Somebody needs to put a stop to this. Being raised in the Humboldt Park area we played at all times of night on the front porch on the weekends. We played It and Freeze Tag during the day. Unfortunately our children do not enjoy this same luxury.What efforts can we take to get our streets back? And make it a place where we can raise our children without the fear of gang violence or being the next victim of a horrific crime.

Secret To Living A Longer Life

We as human beings deserve a good quality healthy life. Daily we should strive to have a better day than we had yesterday. Stop beating yourself up about past disappointments and things you wish you had. You can literally be wishing your life away by wishing for a  better job wishing for a better home better relationships. Instead of wishing about the future enjoy the now enjoy and set a specific time during your week to work towards your goals.

By day dreaming about your future all day long your not enjoying the life that is going around you.

This can cause havoc on your body because it’s more like an obsession and becomes a stressor. Preparing for the future is always good but don’t do it so much that it takes you away from the now. Are you listening to your kids while their talking to you or thinking about the next thing that needs to get done? If so this is a prime example that you are obsessed with the future and not the now. So moving forward be present seize the moment by taking in life and the beautiful things around you.
